Our Aug 29 Brisbane property meeting is approaching fast and I want to let you know the final line-up of speakers for the night – its going to be huge!

Speaker 1: Justin Watt from Watt Realty is doing a 10min market update for us. This will be very valuable coming from someone that is at the coalface and can provide insights and cut through all the media hype and tell us what’s really happening on the ground right now.

Speaker 2: Ollie Hooper presenting a fascinating real deal based around the vendor finance strategy. Ollie presented his deal at the Sunshine Coast meeting and it was so good that I wanted to get him down to the Brisi meetup as well. Its a classic reno with some very clever twists involving vendor finance – you’ve gotta check this one out.

Speaker 3: David Busoli. David is the Qld Manager of Head of Education at Cavendish Superannuation Pty Ltd. David has a huge passion for Self Managed Super Funds and is one of the industry leaders in this field. He is going to be sharing some insights into the benefits of borrowing with your SMSF. The power of this strategy is still fairly misunderstood so David will be lifting the lid on this extraordinary way to leverage yourself into retirement.
