First of all Jennie Brown will be speaking at the January meetup! This is fantastic since we have not seen Jennie at our meetings for almost 12 months!

Jennie has over 20 years of property investing experience and runs her own seminars as well; she is actively investing in the current Brisbane market so we are lucky to have her along to help kick off 2011.

We also have a Real Deal presentation planned for you. This is by far the most popular segment of our meetings; you get to see real people presenting their real life property deal that is happening right now in the current Brisbane market – what better way to learn about property investing!

We also have Jonathan Salter from Velocity Finance back to give us an update on the world of property finance. Its been a tumultuous time in the lending sector these past few months so lets see what’s in store for 2011!
