Hi everyone

I hope you all had a magic Fathers Day yesterday and enjoying this rain! We have heaps happening this month so lets get into it!

Our next meeting on Friday Sept 24 is all locked in and people are already grabbing their seats. It was standing room only last month so make sure you get in early for this one.

To kick the night off we will we have Jonathan Salter back from Velocity Finance giving us his latest tips and tricks for property investors as well as some pretty amazing insights into the current lending market. Financing your property investment is probably the most challenging part of putting together a deal so it will be well worth coming along for these insights alone!

Our main speaker this month is Craig Christie. Craig is the principal and owner of ASI Planning based in Albion and has been a Town Planner for over ten years helping hundreds of clients with their development applications.

Craig has 5 years of local government experience and has worked privately helping property owners and developers overcome their challenges with seeking development approval; he is an active investor and is currently undertaking a number of subdivision projects. Some of the things Craig will cover are:

* How to identify the highest and best use of land to maximise profits
* How to buy land before it gets rezoned for higher and more intense uses – a great passive profit making strategy
* How to develop land you don’t even own
* How to get a DA down from 3 months to just 5 days
* The biggest change to property developing that few property developers know about will be revealed…….and stacks more!
