We are into the final straight for the year and with just 3 meetings left we are planning to go out with a bang!

People are already booking their seats and i haven’t even gotten the email out – snooze you lose and winners are grinners so let’s get to it.

To kick the night off we have Jonathan Salter back from Velocity Finance to give us the latest on the lending market and his own tips and tricks for the group. Looks like interest rates might be on the move tomorrow so any inside info right now is going to stand you in good stead.

Our second speaker is Craig Maindonald from Mainz Developments. Craig has over 30 years in the building industry and has completed various developments across Brisbane, Gold Coast and regional South East Qld.

The Mainz mentality is quite unique in that they are flexible enough to work with their clients and teach the process whilst completing a development together. Craig is very down to earth and you wouldn’t know that he had a portfolio of over 150 properties. He is acutely aware that becoming a successful developer is a long road fraught with danger and now that his path is well trodden, Craig is happily giving back what he has learnt. Note to self: bring a paper and pen to this one – golden insights on offer!
To wrap up the night we have a special guest – Jane Eyles-Bennett from Hotspace. Jane is an award winning interior designer, with over 17 years experience working around the world on design and renovation projects. I am really excited to have her up front sharing some juicy insights with the group.
If you have a renovation component in your current or future strategies then you will want to be in the room for this. Jane is the master at managing, systemizing and successfully delivering a profitable renovation project.
Jane will be giving us all the inside scoop on how to give your renovation the designer edge and reveal the 3 secret design principles that is used by designers all over the world to ensure your product is superior over any competition which is very important in the current market. Jane has also confirmed that she will be giving away 4 of her products to everyone that comes through the door!
