Hi everyone

I hope you have all been enjoying the long weekends we have had of late. It’s a great chance to recharge the batteries but also capitalise on what’s happening in the property market while others are snoozing. A wise property guru once told me that if you stop taking action in the market you not only lose momentum but you actually backslide so it’s important to stay in touch with what is happening in your area.

I have locked in our monthly meeting for Friday May 28th and have 3 fantastic speakers lined up so let’s get into it:

To kick the night off we will be starting a new segment presented by Jonathon Salter from Velocity Finance and we’re calling it “Jono’s Property & Finance Tips.” Those of you that know Jonathon will realise his expertise and knowledge of the lending and property market is worth the entry price alone. Whatever deal or strategy you are applying, you can’t do it without finance so be sure to arrive early ready to take in some awesome insights into the current market. There is definitely positive movement in the property cycle and you have to ask yourself, “are you financed and ready to capitalise on the next deal that is presented to you?”

Our main event for the night is none other than Nhan Nguyen. Nhan spoke at our meeting last year and i have brought him back due to popular demand. Once again, Nhan will be sharing some amazing knowledge with the entire group. Specifically he will be showing you 5 Super Strategies to save or make at least $50k to $250k on your next property deal!

Nhan is an extremely down to earth guy with a staggering amount of knowledge and experience in the property market. What i like about Nhan is that there is no hype, just quality info that works. You will walk out of that room with real strategies that you can apply immediately to capitalise on the current market.

On top of all that Nhan will also be doing some giveaways of his own. I’m not going to reveal what they are right now but Nhan, being the generous guy that he is will definitely bring some serious value to some lucky people in the room.
