Hi everyone
Well the year is flying by and I am already sending the invite for our March meeting! Thanks to everyone for the awesome feedback, your input really helps me to improve the meetings and ensure we are providing quality info in a friendly environment.
So what can you expect this time? Well I have turned the focus back onto the real deal presentations this month. According to feedback, this is the most requested segment. So based on your comments I have organised a real deal presentation! On top of that we will have the Bank West Business Development Manager giving us some up to the minute finance insights so you can prepare for what’s to come in the months ahead.
Real Deal: Graham Binder is returning by popular demand to present a deal he completed in Wooloowin. Unlike his first deal, Graham will be showing us where he went wrong and why these critical mistakes lead to a substantial loss on the deal. Property Investing has got some risks and not all deals come up roses so make sure you are there to learn from Graham’s mistakes!
Finally we have Harry Gurung from Bank West to round out the night. Harry is Bank West’s Business Development Manager and is traveling all the way from Perth to present to us! Harry brings with him the latest finance update from the world of lending. Financing your property investment is probably the most critical component in getting your deal over the line so don’t miss Harry’s presentation. You are sure to walk away with some profitable information.

I had to turn away people last meeting as we booked close to the hall’s capacity. We have 230 members now and can only fit less than half of that in the room so book now or you may just miss out.
