Hi everyone

I hope you all had a fantastic holiday break. We are already 5% into 2010 so for me, the holiday is over and time to get cracking

February 12 is our next meeting and i know we will be kicking off the year in grand style! I have decided to focus on quality rather than quantity and kept this meeting to just two speakers so the night doesn’t go too late.

As mentioned in previous emails, Jennie Brown will be one of the presenters that will be speaking to the group. Jennie has got something special organised so you want to make sure you are in the room so you can benefit from Jennie’s 20yrs of property investing experience.

Our second speaker will be Peter Tunney from Build4Cost. I am really looking forward to hearing Peter’s system as there looks to be a lot of benefits in there for anyone that’s looking to build. Build4Cost is a building contracting system developed by builders, for builders, to deliver cost savings for customers. Under the Build4Cost system you work in partnership with the builder – you directly access sub-contractors and suppliers and ‘shop the market’ to get the best deals which are then locked into a contract – awesome!

Between Jennie and Peter you are sure to walk away with plenty of new strategies and ideas to get your property investing rolling for 2010. Of course there are all the networking opportunities that come with our meetings plus the usual tea, coffee and timtams (if you get there on time)
