The year is flying by and we are fast running out of meetings for 2010 so here are the details of the next Brisbane Property Networking Meetup happening on Friday August 27 at 7pm. This one is a little different so read on to find out the details….
I have been receiving a lot of feedback from people wanting to hear more real deals and also to achieve more insight into attaining a better mindset so this month we are killing two birds with one stone!
This month i am bringing someone that is truly inspirational and has had a massive impact on my personal and property world. I am talking about none other than Jill McIntyre (pictured) from www.DecideBelieveBeginBecome.com
Some of you will already know of Jill’s work and i am sure those that do will agree that Jill has a gift and i am privileged to say that i have been mentored by Jill and her gift in more ways than one over the past 18 months. Jill is a qualified Beyond Success life coach with more life experiences, challenges and triumphs than i would care to mention. Her impact on people’s lives is nothing short of breathtaking and i for one can vouch for her magic ability to improve the lives of so many.
On top of all that Jill is a successful property investor which is really exciting because it means she can not only tap into the mindset required to flourish in the property market but she can crunch the numbers on the deals too!
So on August 27 there is going to be some massive growth going on in the room. If you are looking for that cutting edge or chasing that added confidence to get your deal over the line, make sure you book your seat asap……..and that’s just the first half of the night!
The second half will be a special real deal session and again it involves some master strokes from Jill. For one lucky person (and maybe two) Jill and i will be out front crunching the numbers and analysing the options and strategies on someone’s potential deal. That someone could be you!

1. A deal that you are pursuing that you have not bought yet
2. Have done the initial numbers and applied a strategy to the deal
