Hi everyone

I hope you all got a chance to have some time off over the Easter break and reload for another eventful month in property. As you would all know by now the RBA lifted rates for the second time this year and there is plenty of likelihood that it will be happening again over the coming months. All the more reason to prepare yourself for the changing times ahead by arming yourself with some up to the minute insights at our next Brisbane Property Meeting on Friday April 23rd – just 2 weeks away!

As always we have an awesome lineup and I am now having to turn away speakers so you are sure to be getting the cream of the crop out front and this month is no exception.

You will want to arrive early this month because first up we have David Handley from Elliot May Lawyers. I alluded to Elliott May’s skills at the last meeting so this month you get David out front holding nothing back sharing his personal experience on the legal loopholes and pitfalls of property investing and other commercially related activities . David and his business partner are successful property investor’s in their own right so to
have David speak from a property and commercial law point of view is going to be extremely valuable.

As I mentioned last month I have worked with David and his firm personally and I can tell you David and his team leave no stone unturned when it comes to solving problems and answering questions – don’t miss this!

To round out the night I have another Real Deal presentation for you all. Catherine Thrupp has been a member of the group for some time now and she has just completed a “buy reno sell” deal in Brighton. It has been 3 months in the making and she has a stack of valuable lessons learned over that period. Cath will be out front sharing her highs and lows of her latest deal. This is an ideal opportunity to see someone achieving great results in the current market on our back doorstep.

As always we will have all the big names attending so you can network all you like throughout the night. I have met a number of people that have been able to take advantage of the quality people in the room and setup property deals and JV’s over a cup of coffee.

As a special bonus I have been able to twist Nhan Nguyen’s arm to giveaway some of his awesome cd’s. I have a copy of them myself and listen to them in my car all the time. As property investors we need to be constantly educating ourselves with what is driving the market and how we cope with the ever changing landscape. This meeting provides a friendly, no-hype environment for real people making real profit in today’s market.
