• 3 x 10 min phone conversations with Matt: This can be used as one phone call or multiple conversations and its a chance to firstly get our heads around the deal you are pursuing

• Feasibility and Strategy Analysis with written feedback: After initial discussion about your property deal we move into crunching the numbers and working out the most profitable way forward. In addition you will receive all the numbers laid out on one of my spreadsheets as well as some notes on how to interpret the numbers and the varied options available to you that are specific to the deal

• Due Diligence Tick Sheet: You receive your own copy of my own personal due diligence tick sheet that can be used for any deal you come across

• Costing Tick Sheet: You receive your own copy of my own personal costing tick sheet to ensure you dont leave out any of the finer details when crunching the numbers

• Matt Liaising with Council and/or Town Planner: Depending on the type of deal you are doing you will more than likely need to talk with the local council or town planner; this is an important step and i can we can either do this step together so you are aware of the process or i can do it for you

• Open email access to Matt during process: I am pretty fast on email these days so having open access is a great way to get the specifics of your deal in place.
