I have designed package 2 to really get some scope on what is possible with your property deal and by doing so maximizing the profit in the deal.  Over the years i have built up a fantastic team of people around me and in this package you really get to leverage off of this team.

The benefit of this package is you not only get all the goodies from package 1 but you get to speak to other professionals within the industry which will greatly assist the structure, analysis and profit of your deal. Here is what you get:

  • Everything from Package 1: This includes all the phone calls, the tick sheets, spreadsheets and open email access

  • Leverage off my team: You can choose to use just 1 or all of the team below depending on your deal requirements

On site with my builder to discuss property potential – this means you get my guy with you at your property deal to discuss all the options available to you. This can have substantial benefit when trying to assess the profit in the deal.

Liaise first meeting with my accountant – whether you have an accountant or not this service will ensure you have the best structure in place to minimize tax and protect your asset properly.

Liaise first meeting with my mortgage broker – finance is one of the biggest hurdles to get over when putting your deal together and having someone that is working with you effectively and creatively is essential. If required i will also put you in touch with my private and mezzanine finance people.

Liaise first meeting with my solicitor – a lot of people shy away from this important part of the process because of the outrageous costs. There are a thousand things that can go wrong in a property deal and you want to be covered in everything that you do. I will set up this first meeting with no cost to you so you can sit down and discuss what you want to achieve legally with your property deal or purchasing entity.

  • 4 x 10 minute calls with my builder: Once you have done your numbers, created some exit strategies you will want to touch base again with someone that can can help you with the practical parts of the deal. Having this 40 minutes with my builder available to you is great piece of mind when you want to talk to someone that you can trust

  • 4 x 10 minute calls with Matt: You can utilize these 10 minute blocks at any part of the process just to keep the momentum and confidence to move forward to the next step. Your phone is your greatest tool and having me at the other end will ensure you get answers that assist in progressing your property deal to the next step.
