I get a lot of people asking how I managed to make the transition from a 9 to 5 Postie to a full time property investor. I can tell you it wasn’t easy but i know the key to my success was having a mentor to help me over the speed bumps along the way.

Property investing brings with it a roller coaster of emotions and I guarantee you will have up days and down days as you reflect on what part you want to play in the property market and what part you are actually playing. On those down days you need a strategy in place to get back on the horse and gain momentum again.
